U16 Ladies Football Lisgoold 3.05 v Glanmire 8.07

Played in Lisgoold on Saturday 18th April.


This match was a closely contested match in the first half.

Afterconceding an unfortunate goal in the first minute, the Lisgoold girls foughtback and there were only two points between the teams at half time.

Unfortunately the Lisgoold girls tired as the second half wore on and some excellently taken goals by the Glanmire forward line left the final score at Lisgoold3-5, Glanmire 8-7 , but great credit is due to the girls for giving theirall for the club, in spite of tired legs.
